AllRoads - The Stress Free Way to Charter a Bus - Anywhere in The USA

Finding Great Charter Bus Rental Operators Is Our Work

......Putting Them To Work For You Is Our Pleasure!

Premier Charter Bus Companies Are Hard To Find

How does AllRoads wade through more than 4,000 charter bus operators in business nationwide to bring you only the best?

Charter Bus Operator Selection ProcessBefore we work with any operator, we analyze a combination of data including information provided by the bus charter companies themselves to create our own "short list" of top quality operators.

We then investigate each operator on our short list against the data-base of individual operator safety statistics drawn from the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Operator Safety Profiles

As part of an industry-wide effort to continually increase the level of service and safety for group bus travel, AllRoads stands behind the operators we work with, all of whom have committed to maintaining high service and safety standards.

We follow an exacting protocol to determine which operators pass muster for AllRoads, and although we realize no company can guarantee that no incident will arise, our established process of selecting operators raises the bar so AllRoads can offer you safe charter bus rentals anywhere in the USA.

Our protocol includes the following minimum requirements for operators:

  • Be a bus charter operator “in good standing,” with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) – Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). FMCSA offers an online report system of individual bus company safety records throughout the country. The Motor Carrier Safety Status Measurement System helps us to find charter bus companies that are most deserving of our customer's support.
  • FMCSA's system is based on data collected and reported by state and federal agencies. FMCSA's system is also used by major insurance companies to research an operator's safety and maintenance records.

The operator's insurance carrier also alerts us to any change in an operator's insurance status.

  • Operator must have   a valid, DOT-approved Operating Authority.
  • Carry a nationally mandated minimum of $5 million in insurance coverage as required by DOT– FMSCA regulations (mini buses, school buses, and specialty vehicles may require lower minimum coverages), with a current in-force insurance certificate.
  • Operator must achieve the service standards of driver training, comply with all federal, state and local law, as well as federally mandated drug and alcohol testing for drivers. Operator must assign only licensed drivers aboard registered and maintained equipment.

AllRoads does not stop at one evaluation of an operator. Our quality control people revisit safety stats and DOT compliance records repeatedly and, along with field information, we keep our data base of premier operators up to date.
