At AllRoads, we’ll make the experience of booking your bus charter rental as simple and stress free as possible.

The AllRoads No Surprises Order Process

  • Once you have submitted a request for a quote either online or by phone, you will be sent an email and/or fax confirming your request and showing all the information concerning your charter bus tour or event.
  • When your quote is ready an email and/or fax is sent and a call is made to you notifying you of the quote.
  • When you receive your "quote is ready" notification, you may call us or a Customer Care representative will call you to discuss your quote details.
  • Once you accept the quote over the phone, you will be required to make a 20% to 30% deposit to hold the bus and the charter bus travel date. Full payment must be received 30 days before your travel date.
  • While you're on the phone, the Customer Care rep will create your "Online Self Service Account" with a user name and password (you may change it yourself later).
  • Your self service account allows you to see what we see and allows you to make payments online at your convenience until full payment is received 30 days prior to your travel date. Although this account lets you make payments online without calling us (something no other bus charter company allows you to do), you still have the option to call us and have us accept payment over the phone for you.   • Regular emails will be sent to you throughout the time you are making payments as confirmation of your payments and as reminders that your 30 day prior to travel date is approaching. They will continue to arrive until two weeks before your travel date when you will be contacted by our Customer Care personnel to insure things are on schedule.
  • Days before your charter bus travel date, you'll be emailed and/or faxed and called with the charter bus driver name and phone number.
  • In the final days before your travel date, AllRoads begins our backup process and backup to our backup process to insure nothing goes undone. And we involve you every step of the way to insure your peace of mind.

How About Debit Cards?

Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are allowed, provided the debit card provider uses address verification (the vast majority of them do).

What is "Address Verification"?

AllRoads requires that the billing address on your charter bus rental order match the billing address of your credit/debit card. For security purposes, be sure that your name (including any middle initial) and address are exactly as listed on your credit or debit card's billing statement for proper instant verification.

What is the AllRoads refund policy?

Full trip cost is refundable up to 31 days prior to departure date. Service cancelled within 30 days prior to departure will forfeit 30% of the cost of the trip. Any service cancelled within 14 days of departure will be assessed a fee of no more than 50% of the trip cost. Any service that is cancelled within 7 days of departure will forfeit the full amount of the trip cost.
